Mastering the Baking Job

As the days get longer and the racing season´s over, our attention turns to food. And to baking, to be more specific.

I love it how Jachym and my roles are devided in this matter. Not by a thought out decision, but strictly by our desire and interest.

I am usually the lunch/dinner master. Jachym takes care of the more "complicated" breakfasts. I do the baking of pies, cakes, muffins and other similar goodies. Jachym masters the breads and other salty delis.

Here´s an example of his one day´s impulse and inspiration:

These are salty sour dough bread sticks with caraway.

The "Farm House" breads with sunflower seeds.

And two loafs of rye sour dough.

I am a fortunate woman!

Happy Trails!
