I´ve always wanted to see Prague from the water of Vltava river, which runs through most of the historical center. And this year, quite unexpectadly, my wish came true.
Our friend Roman invited us for a night riverboat trip!
This picture of Jachym and me under the arch of Charles Bridge (finished in 14th century, with the base dating as far back as the 9th century!!) is one of the rare ones of the two of us together
Roman and Jachym kicking the night off with a shot of "Cert" (means Devil) liquoire, we all got as a welcome on board of the riverboat Taurus.
My beloved Charles Bridge, with the Old Town tower.
The "Dancing House" (Tancici Dum) definitely belongs to one of Prague´s architecture jewels. It is even more fascinating at nightfall.
Night on the river may be fairly cold even in Prague in May :) Here I´m posing with Roman after getting safely back on "land"
The Prague Castle is the absolute domaine and an icon panorama of the city.
And a beautiful evening in Prague must be topped with a half-liter beer in the notorious pub "U Pinkasu"!! :)
These pictures are by far not all - they are just a short demo to bring the athmosphere and beauty of night Prague to you. To see more, really worth it pictures, go to this album:

Roman, thank you SO MUCH for this trip! It was magical. One more thing crossed off my "what I wanna do before I die list" :)

Beautiful, Katerina. My Bucket List includes merely getting to see Prague - any way I can. :)
Thank you, Barb.
Yes, I really recommend visiting Prague and it´s surroundings. There are many middle-age castles in the near neighbourhood of the city, too, which are very much worth it.
