Conquering the Hill

Yesterday I went to show Alexandra our local "top of the world" - Vedjeöberget. It was one of the rare rainless days and it was relatively warm too. We took Yuma and Runner along, to help us with the climbing :)

Overall, we had a nice 5 mile (8km) hike, and besides fresh moose tracks and (not so fresh) moose droppings, we didn´t meet any bears nor sings of them, although this is said to be their favourite area.
To those who brave the steep climb up, Vedjeöberget offers a beautiful view of the mighty Vattudalen waters with it´s multiple islands, part of the Vedjeön village and the inlet (on picture above), as a reward. I love it in every time of the year and every weather.
